Unused items can be returned within 7 days.

This period begins on the day on which the goods were delivered to you. Beyond 7 days, a return is unfortunately no longer possible.

Take care not to remove the affixed labels and not to soil the items.

In addition, please return the items to us in the original box. This will allow us to review your return more quickly and authorize your refund.

Would you like to return items from multiple orders?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send them back in one package. Please therefore return each order or partial delivery to us separately. Be sure to use the correct return documents.

Want to return a earring product?

Only unopened, unused earring products still in their original packaging can be refunded and resold due to hygienic reasons. Please ensure that the packaging, instructions and accessories associated with the product are also returned.

Opened the product and didn't like it? Consider giving your opened product to a friend/family member and help us reduce unnecessary waste.
