How It Works
- Share Your Vision - Tell us what you’re looking for — upload a reference, describe your idea, or choose elements from our existing collections.
- Design & Quote - We’ll consult with our artisans and provide you with design options and a price estimate. You can suggest changes before finalizing.
- Production Begins - Once approved and payment is made, your bespoke piece enters our crafting cycle.
- Delivered with Care - Your finished piece will be delivered to your doorstep, beautifully packaged and quality-checked.
Lead Time & Delivery
🗓️ Minimum Lead Time: 30 Days
🚚 Delivery Buffer: Please allow up to 60 days total for design, approvals, crafting, and unforeseen delays such as material sourcing, weather impacts, or customs.
