Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Custom and pre-order items have a longer lead time. Please refer to the product page for specific delivery timelines.

- PayPal
- Twint (for Swiss customers)
Payment Security
- All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
- We do not store your card details.
- Payments are handled through certified payment gateways.
Invoices & Receipts
- A digital invoice is automatically emailed upon successful payment.
- You can request a printed invoice or business invoice by contacting our customer care.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Modifications or cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
