Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.
  • Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Custom and pre-order items have a longer lead time. Please refer to the product page for specific delivery timelines.

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Twint (for Swiss customers)

Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
  • We do not store your card details.
  • Payments are handled through certified payment gateways.

Invoices & Receipts

  • A digital invoice is automatically emailed upon successful payment.
  • You can request a printed invoice or business invoice by contacting our customer care.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modifications or cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
