The prices per product are in Swiss francs (CHF).

  • Free shipping for orders over CHF 34.90 
  • For orders less than CHF 35, it will be CHF 7 as shipping charge.
  • For deliveries in Switzerland, prices include any taxes/duties.
• Within EU - we are working on this.
  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are borne by the customer.
• International Shipping
  • We currently do not ship outside EU.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We want you to love your jewellery.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it.

✅ Returns are accepted if:

• unused and in original condition
• original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
  

❌ Returns not accepted for:

• Used or damaged items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

📦 How to return:

1. contact@brai.ch with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide the return address and steps.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
   

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unused items can be returned within 7 days.

This period begins on the day on which the goods were delivered to you. Beyond 7 days, a return is unfortunately no longer possible.

Take care not to remove the affixed labels and not to soil the items.

In addition, please return the items to us in the original box. This will allow us to review your return more quickly and authorize your refund.

Would you like to return items from multiple orders?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send them back in one package. Please therefore return each order or partial delivery to us separately. Be sure to use the correct return documents.

Want to return a earring jewellery?

Only unopened, unused earring jewellery still in their original packaging can be refunded and resold due to hygienic reasons. Please ensure that the packaging, instructions and accessories associated with the product are also returned.

Opened the product and didn't like it? Consider giving your opened product to a friend/family member and help us reduce unnecessary waste.
